Berlin, Germany – September 2024 – Maike Holler has been appointed as the new Head of People Germany at Flatpay. In this role, she will oversee all aspects of human resources, focusing on talent management, organizational development, and employee engagement within the German operations of the company.
Career Journey: Maike Holler recently served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager – Operations at Getsafe for approximately 6 months, where she was integral in shaping the company’s talent strategy. Prior to this, she held the position of Senior Employee Recruiter – Futureforce (CEE) at Salesforce for around 6 months, focusing on early careers recruitment across Europe.
Before Salesforce, Maike worked at AlphaSights as a Senior Associate, Campus Recruitment for about 3 months, managing EMEA campus recruitment and leading strategic initiatives. She also served as an Associate, Campus Recruitment at AlphaSights for about a year, where she was responsible for hiring graduates for the global client service graduate program.
Earlier in her career, Maike was an Early Careers Specialist at Berenberg for approximately 1 year and 4 months, handling entry-level recruitment and program management. She also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Holiday Inn Hamburg – City Nord for about 3 months, and as a Junior Manager Human Resources Operations at XING for nearly 2 years.
