Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, August 2025 – Yogesh Kapde has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Adani New Industries Limited (ANIL), a key subsidiary of the Adani Group driving renewable energy manufacturing and green technology initiatives. In his new role, Kapde will lead the people and culture strategy across ANIL’s rapidly expanding business, which spans Solar PV modules, Wind Turbines, Electrolyzers, and Battery manufacturing.
Kapde brings over 25 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with nearly six years at the Adani Group. Most recently, he served as AVP – HR at Adani Green Energy Limited, where he played a pivotal role in capability building across renewable energy clusters, including Solar, Wind, Pump Storage Hydro, Green Hydrogen, and derivatives. He partnered closely with leadership on organization building, digital transformation, change management, and senior leadership hiring, contributing to the growth of one of India’s largest renewable energy companies.
Earlier, Kapde held senior HR leadership roles at Sintex Industries Limited, where as Head – Group Acquisition & Talent Management (GM – Corporate HR), he established HR policies, best practices, and talent strategies across diverse business units. He also served as Head – Business HR (Greenfield Projects), leading HR for major new industrial setups, including a 1 million spindle yarn plant, a 300 MW thermal power plant, and oil & gas projects.
His earlier career includes leadership positions at Zep Infratech Ltd., Sanghi Brothers Indore Pvt. Ltd., and ZDPL, where he managed HR across ITES, BPO, power, real estate, and e-governance sectors. Kapde began his career in HR roles within FMCG and manufacturing companies, building a strong foundation in HR operations and employee relations.
Kapde holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) in HR & Industrial Relations from ISSW-Indore.
