Akansha Mehrotra Appointed as Senior Director – Human Resources at Incedo Inc.

Gurugram, Haryana, India, August 2025 – Akansha Mehrotra has been appointed as Senior Director – Human Resources at Incedo Inc. In her elevated role, she will lead strategic HR initiatives, overseeing talent management, organizational development, and people-focused programs to support the company’s rapid growth across multiple geographies.

Mehrotra has been with Incedo Inc. for over a decade, steadily growing into senior HR leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Director – Human Resources, where she played a crucial role in shaping people strategies across total rewards, HR shared services, and organizational development. Prior to that, she held positions as Associate Director – Human Resources, Senior Manager (Levels 1 & 2), and Manager – Human Resources, where she was instrumental in building HR frameworks, driving employee engagement, and leading HR business partnering efforts.

Before joining Incedo, she worked with Syntel for more than five years, where she rose to the position of Manager – Human Resources. In this capacity, she was deeply involved in staffing leadership and volume hiring, HR management for large-scale teams, and organization development initiatives across IT and ITeS operations. Her career at Syntel also included roles as Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, and Management Trainee, providing her with extensive exposure to multiple facets of HR.

Mehrotra began her career as a Trainee in Human Resources at Maya Digital Studios Pvt. Ltd., where she gained her first corporate HR experience supporting recruitment and HR operations.

Education

She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources & Industrial Relations (PGDBM, HR & IR) from the International School of Business & Media, which has been instrumental in shaping her career as an HR leader.
