Bangalore, Karnataka, India, April 2025 – Ruchi Ahluwalia has been appointed as Chief People Officer at Digitide, marking a new chapter in her illustrious HR leadership journey. In her new role, Ruchi will lead all aspects of global people strategy and drive transformative HR initiatives to support Digitide’s continued growth and innovation across its international operations.
Prior to joining Digitide, Ruchi served as Group Chief People Officer at Quess Corp Limited for over three years, where she led human resources strategy for managed services, staffing, and IT/ITES segments. Her efforts played a key role in streamlining workforce planning and enhancing employee engagement for one of India’s largest business services providers.
Before Quess, she worked as Head HR at Eaton, overseeing HR operations for Eaton Electrical in India. Her leadership brought forward culture-building initiatives and employee experience programs that enabled stronger organizational cohesion during a critical period.
Ruchi’s tenure at Scania Commercial Vehicles India Pvt Ltd spanned over four years, where she held positions as Director HR and later also oversaw Marketing and Communications. She played a pivotal role in shaping the HR infrastructure and employer brand during a phase of organizational transformation.
Earlier, Ruchi held significant HR roles at Carl Zeiss India, EY, and Software Data India Ltd., demonstrating her expertise in people development, leadership hiring, and policy design. She began her career as a Management Trainee at Nicholas Piramal (I) Ltd./ Roche Products Ltd., laying the foundation for a career driven by purpose and progressive HR leadership.
