Orange County, California, United States, August 2025 – Rose Todd has been appointed as Vice President of Human Resources at FUJIFILM Biosciences. In this newly elevated role, she will lead HR teams and strategy for three FUJIFILM companies in the Life Science and Cell Therapy Business Divisions—FUJIFILM Biosciences, FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics, and FUJIFILM Biotechnologies – CA—supporting the overall business plan and strategic direction. She will be responsible for guiding organizational development, enhancing workforce engagement, and building HR capabilities across diverse business units.
Todd has been with FUJIFILM Biosciences for over three years, taking on increasing responsibilities. Most recently, she served as Global Executive Director of Human Resources and Business Partner, where she drove HR strategy for FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific and FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics. Prior to that, she was Global Senior Director, Human Resources and Business Partner, reporting to the President & COO, where she established global HR centers of excellence, led organizational development initiatives, and advanced workforce planning programs.
Before joining FUJIFILM, Todd served as Senior Human Resources Business Partner for GE HealthCare’s West Region, where she had full P&L accountability for ~800 employees across capital equipment sales, field services, and project management, driving HR strategy for a $1.2B business. She also held a short-term contract role as Senior HR Business Partner at Par Pharmaceutical, leading people strategy for a ~750-employee pharmaceutical manufacturing plant.
Earlier in her career, Todd spent more than 18 years with AmerisourceBergen Corporation, holding multiple senior leadership roles, including Senior Director of Human Resources and Regional Human Resources Director. In these roles, she led HR transformation initiatives, developed DE&I functions, spearheaded acquisitions integration, and directed HR operations for thousands of employees across the U.S. and Canada.
