LEHI, Utah, USA — Awardco, the frontrunner in employee recognition and rewards platforms, today announced Ryan Jackson as its new President. Jackson, with a robust track record from his previous roles at Qualtrics and MX, brings over 15 years of leadership experience to the Awardco executive team.

Ryan Jackson’s appointment comes as Awardco seeks to extend its market reach and enhance strategic partnerships under his guidance. His extensive background includes pivotal roles at Qualtrics, where he was integral to the company’s IPO in 2021 and its ascension as a leader in the experience management sector. “Ryan was instrumental in Qualtrics’ growth, including the company’s 2021 IPO, where he helped establish the company as a leader in the experience management space,” noted the company statement.

In his new capacity, Jackson is tasked with driving Awardco’s overall strategy and operational growth. His expertise in building high-performing teams and boosting revenue growth will be key as Awardco aims to solidify its position as the industry leader in employee recognition.
