São Paulo, Brazil, August 2025 — Patrick Bussinger has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Principia, elevating his leadership within the company after serving as Director of Capital Markets and Head of Credit B2B. His return to the executive team reinforces Principia’s momentum and financial vision as it scales.
Before stepping into the CFO role, Patrick’s contributions at Principia included managing capital market strategies and B2B credit solutions. Earlier in his finance career, he held leadership roles in structured credit at PJUS – XP Asset, and was Partner – Head of Debt Capital Markets & Investor Relations, and Partner – Head of Pricing and Credit Strategy at Creditas. He also engaged with GVAngels as a member, participated in early-stage ventures, and worked as a Partner – Equity Trader at Pollux Capital. His foundational experience was built in investment banking as an Analyst at BTG Pactual, specializing in securities and corporate transactions.
In his new CFO position, Patrick will lead financial planning, capital strategy, and growth initiatives at Principia. His extensive background in capital markets, credit structuring, and investor relations positions him to reinforce Principia’s mission of delivering seamless, finance-enabled education solutions.
