Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, August 2025 – Mihir Parekh has been appointed as the Group Human Resources Manager at Technogreen Recycling Private Limited. In this role, he will also oversee HR functions for R Planet Integrated Solutions Pvt. Ltd., furthering the company’s commitment to sustainable operations and people-first growth strategies.
With over 15 years of diverse experience across HR leadership, training, customer care, and business operations, Mihir brings a versatile background to his new position. His appointment marks a strategic move to strengthen Technogreen’s people management framework while aligning with its vision of delivering environmentally and socially impactful outcomes.
Most recently, Mihir worked with the Adani Group as part of the Group L&D Human Resources team for nearly three years. In this capacity, he focused on training, development, data-driven HR solutions, and workforce analytics, helping drive capability-building initiatives at scale.
Before Adani, Mihir served as Group Customer Care Manager at Tanu Motors Pvt. Ltd., where he developed retention strategies, oversaw service operations across 11 workshops, and coordinated with OEM partners to enhance customer experience.
Earlier, Mihir spent over three years at Kataria Automobiles as Training and Quality Manager, leading quality assurance for 80 customer care executives across Gujarat and Bangalore. He was instrumental in delivering refresher training programs to uplift performance standards.
He also held roles as Quality Analyst at Etech Global Services, Business Owner at My Creations Solutions 4 U, and Quality Analyst at Global e Tele Services, where he sharpened his expertise in audits, branding, marketing, and training. His entrepreneurial venture further strengthened his ability to align business outcomes with people development.
Mihir holds a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, where he graduated with First Class distinction. He also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Media (Advertising) from the University of Mumbai.
