New York, United States, August 2025 – Kyla Jeffers has taken on the role of Chief Growth Officer at dentsu, a leading global marketing and communications network. In her new role, she will be responsible for driving business expansion, leading client growth strategies, and advancing dentsu’s positioning as the network designed for what’s next.
Prior to joining dentsu, Kyla Jeffers worked with Publicis Groupe as a consultant, advising on business development and marketing strategies across global markets.
Earlier, she spent over five years at WPP, where she served as Global President, Coca-Cola Category Lead at WPP Open X, overseeing one of the company’s largest global accounts and leading integrated strategies for Coca-Cola’s portfolio including Diet Coke, Coke Zero Sugar, and Coke Creations. She also held the role of Executive Vice President, Global Marketing & Growth, where she spearheaded WPP’s global growth initiatives, securing major pitch wins and helping the holding company achieve the #1 ranking in new business growth for three consecutive years.
Before WPP, Kyla was Global Chief Marketing Officer at TBWA\Worldwide, where she delivered a 300% revenue increase for the New York office through an unprecedented streak of new client wins. She also established TBWA’s Business Development Department, leading high-profile global pitch wins and contributing to the agency being recognized as Global Agency of the Year. She began her TBWA journey as Director of Business Development at TBWA\Chiat\Day, playing a key role in driving new business momentum.
Earlier in her career, Kyla held leadership roles in business development at Crispin Porter Bogusky and Rapier, contributing to award-winning campaigns for global brands like Coke Zero, Diesel, Ubisoft, and Captain Morgan. She also worked in account management at Saatchi & Saatchi, TBWA\Australia, and Ogilvy Australia, managing multi-channel campaigns for leading banks and retail brands. She started her career at Urban Media, where she worked with clients such as Coca-Cola, Virgin Mobile, and Nokia on experiential marketing campaigns.
