SINGAPORE, September 2025 – Neha Ahuja, who served as Director, Head of Marketing, India at Spotify, has now been elevated to Director – Growth, JAPAC, marking a significant new chapter in her professional journey. In her new role, Neha will lead growth initiatives across Japan, Korea, Australia, and Southeast Asia, focusing on driving organic expansion of both Free and Premium user bases through strategy, marketing, product-market fit, and payments—all guided by data, experimentation, and cultural insights.
Neha has been with Spotify for nearly seven years, during which she has made impactful contributions to the brand’s India operations. Prior to Spotify, Neha was with Vodafone for approximately 4 years, where she served as Vice President – Marketing & Partnerships and previously as General Manager – Brand Communication, Digital & Activation. Her leadership resulted in significant strides in digital transformation, strategic partnerships (with platforms like Amazon and Netflix), and brand recall during marquee events such as IPL and PBL.
Before her stint at Vodafone, Neha spent more than 9 years at Procter & Gamble, where she held roles including Marketing Manager – Oral Care and Country Manager – Professional & Influencer Marketing. She played a crucial role in driving market share and business growth in the Oral Care category, turned around performance in competitive landscapes, and led influencer programs among dentists and other professionals.
