Riyadh, Riyadh Province, Saudi Arabia, September 2025 – Mustafa Younis has been appointed as Chief Business Development Officer at UniPharma, while continuing in his current role as Chief Executive Officer at Evergreen Medical Company. In his new role, he will lead UniPharma’s strategic growth initiatives, drive innovation, and build high-value collaborations to strengthen the company’s presence in the Saudi and international markets.
Before joining UniPharma, Mustafa Younis has been serving for nearly three years as Chief Executive Officer at Evergreen Medical Company, where he spearheaded the company’s mission to provide pharmaceuticals and personal care products with a strong foundation in integrity, ethics, and commitment. His leadership helped expand Evergreen’s reputation for offering sustainable health solutions across communities in Saudi Arabia.
Earlier, Mustafa held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Adam Medical Company for approximately two years. In this role, he led the organization’s strategic planning and execution, corporate communication, stakeholder engagement, and competitive market positioning. His tenure focused on sustainability, ethical governance, and long-term growth, reinforcing Adam Medical’s stature in the Saudi healthcare landscape.
Previously, he spent over nine years at Axantia, starting as a Medical Representative and growing into the position of Field Force Supervisor. During his time at Axantia, he led marketing strategy implementation, sales goal optimization, and training for sales professionals. He was recognized for surpassing sales targets and creating innovative client engagement approaches that were institutionalized across the sales function.
Mustafa also worked as a Product Specialist at Tosoh Bioscience LLC for over a year, based in Alexandria, Egypt. His responsibilities included negotiating contracts, managing post-sales services, and developing marketing materials that supported product positioning and client acquisition efforts across the medical devices segment.
