Stockholm, Stockholm County, Sweden, September 2025 – Thomas Ewetz has been appointed as Chief Commercial Excellence & Marketing Officer at Signicat. In this role, he will lead initiatives to drive growth, enhance go-to-market strategies, and strengthen Signicat’s positioning as a leader in digital identity solutions.
Thomas has been associated with Signicat for nearly two years. Before this appointment, he served as Director, Head of Sales Excellence, where he was responsible for commercial strategy, revenue operations, and sales excellence programs. His leadership contributed to advancing Signicat’s commercial transformation and growth agenda.
Prior to joining Signicat, Thomas worked at Nordic Capital as Operations Manager, where he focused on portfolio value creation and operational improvements. His work spanned key sectors including technology, payments, industrials, and business services, with an emphasis on commercial excellence and value creation planning.
Earlier, Thomas was with Bain & Company as a Manager, where he specialized in private equity diligences, value creation plans, and corporate strategy projects for clients across the technology and industrial sectors. His contributions supported strategic decision-making and business transformations for global clients.
Thomas also spent over six years at Accenture Strategy, progressing through roles from Business Analyst to Manager in Technology Strategy. During this time, he worked on large-scale transformation projects, technology strategy, and innovation initiatives across industries.
