Dubai, United Arab Emirates, September 2025 – Wouter Jansen has been appointed as the new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Hightekers, a global leader in workforce and employment management solutions. In this new role, Wouter will be responsible for leading the global marketing function across Hightekers’ brands, focusing on brand development, demand generation, strategic positioning, and communications to strengthen the company’s presence across international markets.
Prior to this appointment, Wouter Jansen served as Chief Marketing Officer at Workplaced, where he focused on scaling brand awareness and demand generation initiatives aligned with the company’s vision of reimagining the future of work. His tenure saw impactful leadership across digital and experiential marketing campaigns tailored for hybrid work environments.
Before Workplaced, Wouter held the position of Marketing Director – EMEA, Canada & Australia at Roku Inc., where he led the marketing strategy across several key regions. Over approximately five years, he played a pivotal role in growing Roku’s brand footprint and consumer engagement in international markets, working across product launches, partner ecosystems, and localized campaigns.
Previously, he served as Head of Marketing, EMEA for Linksys under Belkin International, where he oversaw end-to-end marketing activities across the region. He successfully managed both consumer and B2B marketing efforts and led the regional marketing team to drive channel growth and product visibility in the connected home space.
Wouter’s career began with Microsoft, where he spent nearly eight years in key leadership roles, including Windows Product Marketing Director for Western Europe. He led marketing strategy and execution for major product rollouts, including the Windows 10 campaign, managing regional cross-functional teams and multimillion-dollar budgets across B2C and B2B verticals.
