Plymouth, Wisconsin ,United States, September 2025 — APTMetrics has announced the appointment of Matt Paese as Executive Vice President, Board & C-Suite Services. With nearly three decades of experience advising boards, CEOs, and senior executives worldwide, Matt is widely recognized for his expertise in succession management, executive coaching, and leadership development.
Prior to joining APTMetrics, Matt operated as a Board and C-Suite Advisor and Coach, providing independent counsel to senior executives and boards on succession and leadership strategies.
Earlier, he spent more than two decades at DDI | Development Dimensions International, where he held several senior leadership roles. As SVP Leadership Insights, he was responsible for shaping and communicating DDI’s leadership perspectives across solutions and markets. Before that, as SVP Executive & C-Suite Services, he led global board and executive practices, expanding thought leadership, scaling coaching networks, and developing proprietary executive methodologies. His tenure also included serving as VP Executive & C-Suite Succession Management, where he authored the book Leaders Ready Now: Accelerating Growth in a Faster World, and pioneered groundbreaking CEO simulations and coaching experiences for board and succession readiness.
Earlier in his DDI career, Matt served as VP Executive Succession Management and Consulting Manager, Executive Assessment & Development, where he played a pivotal role in establishing DDI’s global reputation in succession planning, assessment, and executive development. His contributions positioned DDI as a leader in helping organizations build leadership bench strength and drive long-term organizational performance.
