Anirudh Likhite Appointed as Senior Vice President – Supply Chain & Procurement at Pilgrim

Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, November 2025 — Pilgrim has announced the appointment of Anirudh Likhite as Senior Vice President – Supply Chain & Procurement, further strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues to scale its omnichannel presence and expand its product portfolio. Anirudh steps into this role after serving as Vice President – Supply Chain & Procurement at Pilgrim, where he successfully led operational strategy, supplier partnerships, demand fulfillment, and efficiency optimization across the value chain.

In his journey at Pilgrim, Anirudh has been instrumental in building agile supply chain frameworks, driving procurement transformation, and expanding manufacturing and logistics capabilities to support high-growth product categories. His leadership has played a key role in enhancing service levels, strengthening partner ecosystems, and optimizing end-to-end cost structures as Pilgrim scaled rapidly across India’s competitive beauty & personal care market.

Prior to Pilgrim, Anirudh served as AVP – Supply Chain at Nykaa, where he oversaw the supply chain strategy for Nykaa Distribution’s brick-and-mortar and B2B expansion. He led the setup of national warehousing networks, last-mile logistics models for faster delivery, and demand planning operations across thousands of SKUs and multiple go-to-market channels, working closely with leading beauty and personal care brands.

Before Nykaa, Anirudh spent over eight years at L’Oréal, where he held multiple leadership positions across planning, S&OP, manufacturing supply chain, and divisional supply management. He spearheaded demand and supply planning for major brands across India and Bangladesh, led inventory optimization initiatives, and helped establish scalable S&OP models and forecasting frameworks in high-growth markets.

Anirudh began his career in manufacturing and operations at John Deere, where he gained foundational experience in production planning, process optimization, supplier collaboration, and quality improvement. His diverse early exposure laid the groundwork for his later leadership across global supply chain ecosystems in beauty, retail, and D2C sectors.
