London, England, United Kingdom, September 2025 — Victoria Bell has been appointed as Chief Marketing Officer at Harvey Nichols, joining the executive leadership team to oversee the brand’s global marketing and customer engagement strategy. In this role, she will guide the iconic luxury retailer’s marketing vision, brand positioning, and digital growth as it continues to inspire customers worldwide with its fearless modern edit of fashion, food, and beauty.
Victoria has been with Harvey Nichols since 2021, most recently serving as Marketing Director and Board Member, where she played a central role in shaping the company’s marketing agenda and strengthening its brand presence across multiple channels. Her leadership over the past four years has paved the way for her promotion to CMO.
Prior to Harvey Nichols, Victoria was Chief Marketing Officer at News UK, where she led marketing for The Times, The Sunday Times, The Sun, and Wireless. She successfully steered brand transformation, digital subscription growth, and customer engagement initiatives during a critical phase for the media group.
Earlier, Victoria spent more than six years at Value Retail (The Bicester Collection), where she held international marketing leadership roles, including Marketing Director – International and Head of Marketing & Media (Global), contributing to the brand’s global expansion and strengthening its luxury positioning.
Her career journey also includes senior roles at Bauer Media, EMAP, and the BBC, where she developed expertise in media, publishing, and consumer marketing—experience that continues to influence her creative and customer-centric leadership style.
