Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, March 2026 — Waaree Group has appointed Himanshi Jain as Head – Organization Design & Talent Management. Based in Mumbai in an on-site capacity, she joins the renewable energy major with strong experience across organization effectiveness, enterprise HR transformation, governance, people analytics, leadership development, industrial relations, culture engineering, and employer branding.
Prior to joining Waaree Group, Himanshi Jain was associated with Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited in senior organization effectiveness and transformation roles. Most recently, she served as Assistant Vice President – Organization Effectiveness & Transformation (June 2024 to November 2025), leading enterprise HR strategy and transformation roadmaps, governance frameworks, people analytics and workforce dashboards, inclusive leadership initiatives, succession planning, and multi-location industrial relations and union partnership governance. She also drove culture transformation initiatives and employer brand positioning through structured engagement and recognition programs.
Earlier at Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, she served as General Manager – Organization Effectiveness (April 2023 to May 2024) and Assistant General Manager – Organization Effectiveness (May 2022 to October 2022), where her work included organization design and structural optimization, workforce transition and redeployment, strategic workforce planning frameworks, rewards structures, HR digitization and HRMS integration, onboarding and engagement architecture, and performance and leadership development initiatives. She also held roles as Manager Human Resources and Deputy Manager Human Resources, building strong HR execution depth alongside her transformation leadership.
She previously worked with Felix Generics Private Ltd. as AGM – Organization Effectiveness & Transformation, where she designed HR governance and policy alignment frameworks across functions, built HR dashboards for productivity and engagement analytics, and advanced employer branding initiatives including Great Place to Work certification.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Advantmed as Assistant Manager – HRBP & Campus Connect, where she built early talent pipelines through large-scale campus partnerships and supported workforce planning, onboarding, engagement and rewards frameworks. She also held recruitment consulting roles with Task Staffing Solutions Pvt Ltd and earlier served as an Internal Recruiter – HR at IMS People, supporting internal recruitment and onboarding.
