Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, December 2024 – Karolina Bartusz has been named Head of People and Culture at Prospa, where she will lead strategic initiatives to enhance the company’s workplace culture, talent development, and employee engagement. In her new role, Bartusz will leverage her extensive experience in organizational development and people strategy to drive innovative solutions that support Prospa’s mission of empowering small businesses.
Bartusz joined Prospa in early 2022 and has held key leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Head of Talent and People Experience, where she focused on strengthening relationships and fostering a positive work environment. Before that, as Head of Talent Development and Employee Experience, she spearheaded initiatives in capability development and team effectiveness.

Prior to Prospa, Bartusz spent nearly five years at Oracle, where she held roles such as Director, Organisational Development JAPAC and Director, Organisational Development and Digital Transformation – APAC. At Oracle, she developed strategies for organizational design, employee experience, and sales enablement, earning recognition for championing cultural transformation.
Her earlier experience includes senior positions at SiteMinder, where she served as Vice President, Learning and Organisational Development, Global, leading global strategies for talent enablement and leadership development. Bartusz began her career at IAG, where she built her foundation in learning and development.
