Luxembourg, June 2026 — Preeti Tiwari has stepped into a new role as HR Leader for EU Prime & Marketing at Amazon, marking another important milestone in her accomplished human resources leadership career. In this expanded position, she will lead the people strategy for Amazon’s Prime and Marketing organizations across Europe, supporting talent development, organizational effectiveness, leadership capability building, and business growth.
Preeti has been associated with Amazon for nearly a decade and has built an impressive track record of leading large-scale people initiatives across multiple geographies and business functions. Prior to taking on her new role, she served as Principal HR, where she partnered with senior leaders to drive strategic people priorities and organizational success across key business areas.
Before becoming Principal HR, she held the position of Benefits Operations Leader – EMEA, Latin America and Canada, leading teams responsible for employee benefits operations, implementation, governance, compliance, and employee experience across multiple regions. During this period, she focused on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and creating scalable employee-centric solutions while balancing compliance and business objectives.
Earlier at Amazon, Preeti served as Senior Manager HR and HR Manager, leading HR functions across large customer service operations in India. She was responsible for shaping HR strategy, talent management, inclusion and diversity initiatives, leadership coaching, employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational design. She also played a key role in driving Amazon’s Inclusion and Diversity agenda and supporting thousands of employees across multiple locations.
Prior to joining Amazon, Preeti spent more than six years with Schlumberger, where she held several HR leadership positions including HR Enablement Champion, HR Manager – Vietnam & Myanmar, HR Manager – Myanmar, and Assistant Manager HR. During her tenure, she gained extensive international experience in workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, change management, compliance, talent development, and HR transformation across rapidly evolving business environments.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Amdocs as Senior Compensation Analyst, supporting compensation and benefits strategies across India, APAC, and China. She also held HR roles at Eureka Forbes Ltd. and JSW Steel, building a strong foundation in compensation, talent management, HR operations, employee engagement, and learning and development.
With more than two decades of experience spanning technology, e-commerce, energy, telecommunications, and manufacturing sectors, Preeti brings a powerful combination of strategic HR leadership, operational excellence, and global people management expertise. Her appointment reflects Amazon’s continued investment in leadership talent as it strengthens its customer-centric operations and growth initiatives across Europe.
