Singapore, March 2026 — Embed Financial Group Holdings (EFGH) has appointed Renyi Yan as Chief People Officer. In this role, Yan will lead the group’s people and organisation agenda across global markets, strengthening leadership capability and organisational structure to support the company’s growth ambitions.
Prior to joining Embed Financial Group Holdings, Renyi Yan served at aramco as Senior Organizational Development (OD) Advisor (September 2025 to March 2026), leading OD initiatives under the group operating model and corporate transformation agenda, with a focus on purpose and culture, workforce strategy, and organizational insights.
Earlier, Yan worked with NCS Group as Organizational Development (OD) Lead (June 2025 to September 2025), supporting corporate transformation by shaping organizational culture, client and employee experience, and enterprise insights. Before that, Yan took a short career break for professional development focused on business sustainability and OD (January 2025 to June 2025).
Yan also served at SP Group as Head, Organizational Development (OD), Human Resources (September 2024 to January 2025), leading OD priorities spanning culture, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Prior to that, Yan worked at SPH Media as Head, OD, Talent & Culture, HR (July 2023 to September 2024), covering workforce planning, talent management, career navigation, and culture, and contributing as a member of the business sustainability committee.
Earlier, Yan held regional OD and talent roles at Ericsson as Regional Talent Management, OD Business Partner – Oceania, Southeast Asia, India, and served at OCBC as Head Organizational Development & Workforce Partner. Yan also led regional OD at Shopee as Head, Regional Organisational Development (OD), People Team, covering workforce capability, resourcing, performance management, and engagement insights.
A significant part of Yan’s earlier career was with Prudential Assurance Company Singapore, where Yan served as Head of Culture (OD), Learning, Workplace Strategy, and held secondments including Director, Culture & OD (Group HQ Secondment) and Director, Talent & Leadership (Regional Secondment), alongside earlier responsibility as Head of Talent Management. Additional experience includes roles with IMC Pan Asia Alliance, Synapxe, HSBC, Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), Singtel, and PwC, spanning talent management, OD, learning, engagement, HR transformation, and change and integration support.
