Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, September 2025 — Brooke Adams has stepped into the new role of Head of People, Culture and Inclusion at Cricket Australia. In this leadership position, she will oversee people strategy, employee experience, and inclusion initiatives across the organization, supporting Cricket Australia’s commitment to fostering a positive, high-performance culture.
Brooke has been with Cricket Australia for nearly four years, most recently serving as Senior People & Culture Business Partner, where she contributed to organizational transformation, leadership development, and workforce engagement programs. Her impact in this role has positioned her to lead the broader people, culture, and inclusion agenda.
Before joining Cricket Australia, Brooke spent over seven years with Tabcorp as a People & Culture Business Partner, where she supported large-scale HR initiatives, employee engagement, and talent strategies in a highly regulated industry.
Earlier in her career, she was People and Culture Manager at Thomas Duryea Consulting (later Logicalis Asia Pacific), where she drove HR operations and people practices to support rapid business growth. She also held HR advisory roles with Adapt (a Datapipe company) and Alpha Trains Group in the United Kingdom, as well as an early career role as HR Administrator at Mokum Change Management Ltd.
Brooke holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University.
