Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, March 2026 — Himanshu Bhardwaj has started a new position as Chief Information Officer at Adani Healthcare. Based in Ahmedabad, he joins the organization with extensive experience across healthcare IT, enterprise applications, and technology leadership spanning hospital systems and large-scale digital delivery environments.
Prior to joining Adani Healthcare, Himanshu Bhardwaj served at Medanta – The Medicity Hospital as Head HIS & IT applications, where he led hospital information systems and IT applications for over seven years.
Earlier, he worked as Senior Vice President at Intellect Commerce Limited, and before that served as Director at Virtusa, building experience in enterprise technology delivery and leadership.
He also held the role of Vice President at Polaris Enterprise Solutions Limited, and spent more than a decade with Polaris Software Lab, where he served as Assistant Vice President, and earlier as Assistant Vice President & Executive Project Manager. During this period, he also served as Delivery Head at Polaris Retail Infotech Ltd., contributing to delivery leadership responsibilities.
He began his professional journey as a System Engineer at Eastern Software Systems, building early foundations in technology and enterprise systems.
