Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia , March 2026 — Divya Nair has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Talent Acquisition Lead – Asia Services Operations at Citi. Based in Kuala Lumpur, she steps into the elevated mandate as the Asia Talent Acquisition Lead – Services Operations & Malaysia Country Lead, bringing deep experience across talent acquisition leadership and strategic HR programs.
In her career journey at Citi, Divya Nair has been associated with the organization since 2015, building a strong foundation in talent acquisition leadership across services operations and country-level hiring priorities.
Prior to joining Citi, she spent over six years with ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Co. Ltd, where she held progressive HR roles including Senior Manager – HR with a focus on Compensation & Benefits (Total Rewards), and Senior Manager – HR focused on Learning & Development and Talent Management. She also served as Manager HR, contributing to organizational diagnostics including HR scorecards, analytics and dashboards.
Earlier in her career, Divya Nair worked with Satyam Computer Services Limited as Associate Consultant, gaining early exposure to enterprise environments.
