Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 — Anand Indulkar has been appointed as Vice President Human Resources at Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd., one of India’s largest paints and coatings companies. In this leadership role, he will spearhead HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, and people practices to support the company’s growth agenda.
Most recently, Anand served as Head of Human Resources for Saint-Gobain Gyproc, where he led HR for the business unit and contributed to shaping people strategy and leadership development over a period of seven years.
Before that, he worked with Kansai Nerolac Paints Ltd. as Deputy General Manager – HR, where he was responsible for talent management, HR operations, performance management, and driving learning and development initiatives across the business.
Earlier, Anand was Chief Manager – Human Resources at Lubrizol India, where he handled organizational development, HR processes, people capability building, and CSR-linked education initiatives.
Prior to these roles, Anand built extensive HR expertise through positions at Emerson, Birla Sun Life, Indofil Chemicals, Vista Processed Foods, and E Merck, where he worked across HR generalist, business partnering, organizational development, and employee relations functions. His career of nearly three decades has given him strong exposure to HR leadership across manufacturing, FMCG, and industrial sectors.
