Singapore, October 2025 – Indonesia.md, a flagship initiative by Borderless Healthcare Group, has announced the appointment of Anindita Santosa as its new Chief People Officer (CPO). In this leadership role, Anindita will oversee global people strategy, organizational culture, and talent transformation for the healthcare innovation platform, which is redefining telehealth and wellness experiences across Asia.
Her appointment marks a strategic step for Indonesia.md as it continues to expand its healthcare knowledge cloud, integrating medical expertise, technology, and hospitality to create a connected, human-centered ecosystem.
Anindita Santosa brings an extensive portfolio of leadership experience spanning healthcare, clinical excellence, and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Indonesia.md, she co-founded AIGP Health, where she also serves as Chief Executive Officer, driving health innovation and start-up leadership initiatives across Singapore and the region.
She is also the Founder and Medical Director of Aaria Rheumatology, where she has led patient-centered healthcare transformation by combining clinical excellence with technological advancement. Simultaneously, she serves as Director at ETHICAMEDICA PTE LTD, where she continues to explore intersections between healthcare innovation and medical ethics.
Anindita’s distinguished medical career includes key leadership and academic positions. She served as Head of the Division of Rheumatology at Changi General Hospital, where she led a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes and implement digital transformation in healthcare operations. Additionally, as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Medical School and Visiting Consultant at Singapore General Hospital, she contributed to advancing medical education and patient care in rheumatology and immunology.
Her earlier professional journey includes over a decade of clinical service across leading Singaporean institutions such as Tan Tock Seng Hospital and MOH Holdings, where she gained deep expertise in patient safety, clinical governance, and medical innovation.
