Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2026 — Odin AI has appointed Kinkar Sarkar as Global Head – People & Culture | HR Tech, AI Agents & GTM Strategy, marking a strategic move as the company accelerates its growth at the intersection of AI, HR technology, and go-to-market innovation.
In this expanded global role, Kinkar will lead the People & Culture function while also driving HR Tech innovation, AI agent integration, and GTM strategy, reflecting the evolving convergence of human capital, technology, and business growth. His mandate aligns closely with Odin AI’s vision of building next-generation, AI-driven enterprise solutions.
With over 15 years of experience across HR business partnering, talent management, and organizational development, Kinkar brings a strong blend of people leadership and technology-led transformation expertise.
Prior to joining Odin AI, Kinkar served as Senior Manager – HRBP (Engineering & Product) at Ola, where he led the HR function for multiple critical business units including Core Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, Product Design, and Data Science, along with supporting Ola AI initiatives. In this role, he partnered closely with leadership teams to drive talent strategy, organization design, and workforce effectiveness in high-growth, technology-driven environments.
Before Ola, he worked with LetsTransport as Senior HR Manager – Talent Management, where he led the HR function for a workforce of over 1,300 employees across India. He played a pivotal role in designing and implementing talent programs, strengthening employee value proposition, and building scalable HR processes to support business expansion.
Kinkar also held leadership roles at Antuit, where he served as Senior HRBP Manager – India HR Lead and Manager HRBP, driving organization development, performance management, employee engagement, and HR policy formulation. His tenure focused on building strong HR frameworks aligned with business strategy.
Earlier in his career, he contributed to HR leadership at TEG Analytics, leading core HR functions including talent management, acquisition, and engagement. He also gained experience in talent acquisition and HR operations roles with TaxPro Business Solutions, Cresent Consulting, and Triumphant Technologies, building a strong foundation across HR systems, recruitment, and operations.
Kinkar holds an MBA in Human Resources & Marketing from M S Ramaiah Institute of Management, equipping him with a strong academic grounding in business and people strategy.
