In her new role, Maja will lead the newly established Talent, Culture & Organisation function, bringing together key capabilities including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management & Succession Planning, Leadership Playground, Diversity & Inclusion, and People Insights & Analytics under a unified framework. This integrated approach reflects LEGO’s commitment to building a more connected, agile, and future-ready organization.

The function will play a critical role in shaping how talent flows across the organization, how structures evolve, and how culture is experienced on a day-to-day basis. With a strong focus on simplification, capability building, and responsiveness to future business needs, Maja will drive initiatives that enable colleagues to thrive, grow, and deliver their best work in a rapidly changing environment.

Prior to this elevation, Maja served as VP, People Analytics and Insights at the LEGO Group, where she played a pivotal role in strengthening data-driven decision-making across HR and embedding advanced people analytics into the organization’s strategic agenda.

Before joining LEGO, she built a strong global career at Salesforce, where she held multiple leadership roles across Employee Success (HR). Most recently, she served as VP, Employee Success, following her role as Senior Director, Employee Success Business Partner, where she partnered closely with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and cultural transformation.

Her earlier tenure at Salesforce also included leadership roles in People Analytics Consulting and Employee Success, where she developed deep expertise in leveraging analytics to inform workforce strategy and enhance employee experience across global teams.

Maja’s foundational experience was shaped during her long tenure at Capgemini, where she spent over a decade in various HR leadership roles, including Head of People Analytics and Head of People Analytics UK. She played a key role in building and scaling people analytics capabilities, helping organizations unlock the value of data-driven HR practices.

She began her career in operational and HR roles at Crussh Juice Bars and Mitchells & Butlers, gaining early exposure to people management, training, and organizational development.
