United States, April 2026 — Ellit Groups, a leading healthcare IT consulting firm, is pleased to announce that Maggie Andersen, MBA, SPHR, CCP, CBP, will join the company as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective April 27.
With more than 20 years of experience in strategic human resource leadership, Andersen brings a strong track record of building high-performing teams and aligning people strategies with business growth. Her expertise spans talent acquisition, employee engagement, total rewards, and organizational development across healthcare and consulting environments.
As CHRO, Andersen will join the Executive Leadership Team and oversee Human Resources and Talent (Recruiting), playing a key role in scaling Ellit Groups’ people strategy and enhancing employee experience.
“I am thrilled to welcome Maggie to Ellit Groups,” said Mark Amey, Chief Operating Officer. “She brings a proven ability to build high-performing teams and drive people strategies that fuel both growth and culture. Her expertise in organizational design, talent acquisition, and inclusive, purpose-driven environments will be instrumental as we continue to scale.”
Most recently, Andersen served as CHRO at Impact Advisors, where she led enterprise-wide talent strategy, including recruiting, total rewards, leadership development, and HR technology. She has also held senior HR leadership roles at AMITA Health, City of Hope, and Centene Corporation, bringing a broad perspective across provider, payer, and consulting settings.
“I was drawn to Ellit Groups because of its leadership, culture, mission, and direction,” said Andersen. “There is a genuine sense of belonging and collaboration across the organization that is rare, and I am excited to be part of that.”
Andersen’s leadership philosophy emphasizes curiosity and understanding. “It is important to seek to understand before problem solving,” she said. “I believe in developing talent in a way that aligns with where individuals are in their career journey and where they want to go.”
In her first 30 days, Andersen will focus on immersing herself in the organization to understand its people, operations, and culture. Her priority is to build on Ellit Groups’ strong foundation to deliver an employee experience that rivals the best in the industry.
“Employees have choice, and that creates a highly competitive market,” Andersen added. “Organizations must define and deliver on their employee value proposition. The culture at Ellit Groups is a true strength, and I look forward to building on that to attract and retain top talent.”
