Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, April 2026 — The Flipkart Group has announced a key leadership transition at Myntra, appointing Sharon Pais as the new Head of Myntra, effective immediately. She will report to Flipkart CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy.
This leadership transition follows the exit of outgoing CEO Nandita Sinha, who will continue to support the organization during the transition period. Sharon’s appointment comes at a strategic time as Myntra accelerates its growth agenda, particularly in rapid commerce and new-age fashion consumption models.
With deep operational expertise and a strong understanding of the business, Sharon is expected to further strengthen Myntra’s market leadership. Under her leadership, the company is set to double down on its rapid commerce initiative M-Now, launched in November 2024, enabling delivery of fashion and beauty products within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Prior to this appointment, Sharon served as Senior Vice President – Business Unit Head, Fashion at Flipkart, where she led one of the company’s most critical categories, driving growth, scale, and category leadership in the fashion segment.
Earlier, she was the Chief Business Officer at Myntra, where she was responsible for overall business performance and strategy, including category management, revenue generation, marketplace growth, and monetization initiatives. During her tenure, she played a key role in scaling new categories such as beauty and personal care, incubating Myntra’s Gen Z proposition FWD, and driving hyperlocal delivery initiatives like M-Now.
Her earlier experience at Flipkart includes leadership roles such as Head of Loyalty and Travel, Head of Women’s Apparel, and Head of Home Categories, where she managed P&L responsibilities and led category growth across multiple business units.
Before joining Flipkart, Sharon built her foundational experience at Procter & Gamble, where she held multiple roles across sales, trade marketing, and category management. She played a key role in driving business growth, managing key accounts, and leading market expansion initiatives across regions.
Myntra is India’s leading destination for fashion, lifestyle, and beauty, operating at the intersection of style and technology. With a portfolio of over 13,000 brands, the platform continues to redefine how consumers engage with fashion in a digital-first world.
Driven by a culture of innovation, ownership, and data-led decision-making, Myntra empowers its teams to challenge conventions and shape the future of fashion commerce. As part of the Flipkart Group, Myntra continues to scale its capabilities across technology, supply chain, and customer experience to deliver cutting-edge solutions in the fashion ecosystem.
