Ukraine, September 2025 – ALLSTARSIT has appointed Iryna Krychun as Head of People. In this strategic role, she will oversee people strategy, organizational development, and HR leadership to support the company’s global expansion across 25+ locations and strengthen its position as a leading provider of outstaffing and R&D hub solutions.
Iryna brings more than 15 years of progressive HR and people leadership experience. Most recently, she spent over a decade with N-iX, where she rose to Associate Director, Head of Talent Management. In this role, she led critical HR functions, including HR Business and People Partners, the Resourcing Team, and the Staffing Partnership Team, driving workforce strategy and talent optimization for the fast-scaling IT services firm.
Prior to that, she served as Resourcing Team Lead/Resource Manager at N-iX, focusing on workforce planning, resource allocation, and cost management. She also worked as Staffing Lead/Recruiter, where she developed expertise in IT recruitment, research, and talent scouting.
Her earlier career includes experience as a Recruitment Consultant at New Amsterdam Technology & Business Ventures, as well as roles at Klingspor AG as Training Center Coordinator, AVE in HR and Operations, and Bank Lviv as Executive Assistant. These roles equipped her with a well-rounded foundation in HR operations, training, recruitment, and organizational management.
