In his new role, Phelps will lead the company’s Commercial function, overseeing Sales, Account Management, and Marketing, as fulfilmentcrowd continues to scale its international presence and empower high-growth omnichannel brands.
Before joining fulfilmentcrowd, Toby served as Chief Commercial Officer at Totara, where he was responsible for driving commercial strategy and revenue across EMEA and APAC. During his tenure, he delivered significant growth, including a 25% increase in Sales Qualified Opportunities and a 20% rise in new logo acquisition, while improving client retention.
Earlier, Toby was Director of New Business (EMEA) at Attest, a consumer insight SaaS platform. He led the EMEA New Business team, achieving 25% ARR growth and boosting average contract value by 40%, strengthening Attest’s market position in the consumer research space.
Previously, he worked as Vice President of Sales (EMEA) at Reputation, where he had full ownership of the EMEA sales organization. He successfully delivered 50% ARR growth and improved win rates by 7%, showcasing his ability to scale revenue functions in competitive SaaS markets.
His earlier leadership roles included Vice President of Enterprise Sales (EMEA) at Uberall, Director of Sales & Partnerships (UK & Nordics) at Uberall, and senior positions at Hitwise, Experian, and Reed Business Information, where he consistently drove market expansion, developed go-to-market strategies, and built high-performing teams across martech, SaaS, and analytics industries.
