Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, September 2025 — Rachel Walden has been appointed as Director, Human Resources – Technology & Product at Comcast. In this expanded leadership role, she will drive HR strategy, workforce planning, and talent management to support Comcast’s innovation-driven technology and product organization.
Walden has spent the past seven years at Comcast, building a strong track record across multiple HR roles. Most recently, she served as Senior Manager, HR Business Partner – Technology & Product, where she led workforce planning, HR analytics, and talent initiatives to enable business transformation.
Before that, she was Manager, HR Operations and Programs, HR Business Partner – Beltway Region, where she supported business alignment and HR operational excellence. Earlier, she contributed as Senior HR Generalist for Xfinity Consumer Services, partnering with leaders to drive engagement and development programs.
Prior to Comcast, Walden was part of EY’s People Advisory Services as a Senior Consultant, supporting complex transactions with a focus on organization design, talent planning, and workforce analytics for clients in industrial and life sciences sectors. She began her career as a Consumer Sales Co-Op at Johnson & Johnson, where she provided data-driven insights into sales performance.
Rachel Walden holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Fox School of Business at Temple University, strengthening her expertise in business strategy and leadership.
