Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, September 2025 — Thomai H. has started a new role as Head of People Strategy & Delivery at Nine, Australia’s largest locally owned media company. In her new position, she will play a crucial role in advancing Nine’s people strategy, driving organizational effectiveness, and enabling a culture that supports its diverse media portfolio.
Thomai most recently served as People and Culture Business Partner at Nine, where she partnered with leaders across the business to deliver strategic HR initiatives and strengthen people and culture practices over the past year.
She is also the Founder of The Corporate Tribe, a venture she established in 2022, through which she has been dedicated to shaping progressive workplace cultures and delivering innovative HR solutions.
Prior to that, Thomai spent more than four years with Experian Asia Pacific, where she held senior roles including Senior HR Business Partner and Interim HR Director A/NZ, contributing to business transformation and talent development initiatives across the region.
Her earlier career was shaped at Telstra, where she gained over five years of HR leadership experience in roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Consultant, and HR Advisor, focusing on employee engagement, workforce planning, and organizational change. She began her professional journey with Talent2, working in consulting and recruitment roles, and also gained operational management experience as a franchisee with SouvlakiHut.
