Miami, Florida, United States, September 2025 — SoEnergy International has appointed Andrea Navas Ospina as its new Chief People Officer, effective September 2025. She brings over two decades of experience in human resources leadership, talent management, and organizational development across multinational corporations and diverse industries.
Prior to joining SoEnergy International, Andrea served at Amazon, where she most recently held the position of ASCS Global HR Strategy Specialist, based in Arlington, Virginia. Earlier, she was CS LATAM Senior HR Manager, leading people strategies and organizational initiatives across Latin America.
Before Amazon, she was Human Resources Director North Cone at American Tower, driving HR practices and employee engagement in the Colombia region. She also contributed significantly at Johnson & Johnson as Senior Human Resources Manager, supporting talent development and business transformation initiatives.
Her earlier career at Citi spanned over six years, where she worked as Leadership Development Regional Lead and later as Talent Management and Learning & Development Head, strengthening leadership capabilities and employee growth across geographies. She also gained valuable consulting experience at Human Perspectives International and Janssen Cilag, where she focused on organizational development, leadership consulting, and talent strategy.
