Sanderson joins Behavioral Innovations after more than six years with JPS Health Network, where she most recently served as Executive Director, People & Clinician Services at Acclaim Health. In this role, she oversaw recruitment, compensation, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance, while also driving automation initiatives in clinician compensation and developing advanced talent dashboards. Earlier at JPS, she was Director, Provider Recruitment & Compensation at Acclaim Multi-Specialty Group, where she standardized benchmarking practices, implemented new physician compensation models, and reduced locum spending significantly.

Prior to her tenure at JPS, Sanderson served as Director of Talent Acquisition at DECA Dental Group, leading organization-wide recruitment efforts and implementing a new applicant tracking system that optimized staffing efficiency. She also built robust talent pipelines by partnering with industry-specific schools and organizations.

She also held the role of Director of Development & Recruitment at Infinity Physician Resources, where she expanded the company’s allied health division and managed recruitment nationwide for physicians, nurses, and allied health providers. Before that, Sanderson was Director of Physician Recruitment at CHRISTUS Health, establishing the Physician Recruitment Department and leading integration strategies across multiple service lines.

Earlier in her career, Sanderson held progressive HR and recruitment roles with Concentra, Medical Doctor Associates, and began her career as a Health Education Coordinator at the University of Texas at Dallas. Her experience spans over two decades across healthcare recruitment, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
