Nashville, Tennessee, United States, September 2025 — Embassy Suites Nashville Downtown, operated by Davidson Hospitality Group, has announced the appointment of Caitlin Hoida as Director of Human Resources. In her new role, Caitlin will oversee HR strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development, supporting the hotel’s mission to deliver exceptional guest and employee experiences.
Caitlin brings more than a decade of progressive human resources leadership across the hospitality and healthcare sectors. Most recently, she served as Director of Human Resources at Hilton in Nashville, where she played a pivotal role in shaping talent management strategies and fostering a culture of collaboration and service.
Before Hilton, Caitlin was Human Resources Manager at Conrad Nashville, where she drove people initiatives to support the hotel’s operations and employee development. She also gained valuable experience as Human Resources Manager at Aramark Healthcare+, where she supported HR programs in the healthcare services environment.
Earlier in her career, Caitlin held the role of Learning & Development Manager at The Joseph, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Nashville, focusing on training, leadership development, and employee experience. She also spent two years with the Omni Mandalay Hotel at Las Colinas in Irving, Texas, serving first as Employment Manager and later as Human Resources Manager, strengthening her foundation in hospitality HR practices.
With her new appointment, Caitlin will leverage her deep expertise in HR operations, training, and employee engagement to further enhance organizational culture and talent development at Embassy Suites Nashville Downtown.
