Gurugram, Haryana, India, September 2025 — Damini Chaudhari has been appointed as Vice President – Services, Greater India at Schneider Electric. In this capacity, she will lead the Services business across the region with a focus on strategic growth, customer transformation, and operational excellence. She succeeds Ramesh Jha, who has transitioned to a global position as Senior Vice President, Global Services Strategy and Operations within Schneider Electric.
With more than 18 years of global experience in strategy, M&A, sales excellence, and CSR, Damini brings expertise from leadership roles at both Schneider Electric and Citigroup, where she managed complex transactions, partnerships, and business transformations.
Since joining Schneider Electric in 2016 as M&A Director, Damini has held multiple leadership roles including Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Head of GREENext, a joint venture between Schneider Electric and Temasek. Most recently, she served as Vice President – Strategy & M&A, Innovation & Start-ups, Greater India, where she drove initiatives to strengthen alliances, foster innovation, and accelerate growth.
Her new role underscores Schneider Electric’s commitment to building a future-ready services organization with a strong focus on sustainability, digital transformation, and customer value creation, where her global perspective will be key to shaping the company’s service transformation journey in Greater India.
