Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2026 – Prateek Aggarwal is set to assume the role of Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board at Nagarro, effective May 1, 2026, for an initial term of three years. In this role, he will oversee the company’s global financial strategy, governance, and long-term value creation initiatives.
Prateek Aggarwal brings extensive leadership experience across finance, strategy, and M&A, with a distinguished career spanning leading global organizations. His deep expertise in financial leadership, capital markets, and business transformation positions him to play a pivotal role in strengthening Nagarro’s growth trajectory and value creation agenda.
Most recently, Prateek Aggarwal has been associated with independent leadership engagements while also serving as President – Value Creation at RPSG Group, where he contributed to driving growth and profitability initiatives across a diversified business portfolio.
Prior to this, he spent over a decade with HCL Technologies, including serving as Chief Financial Officer, where he led finance, legal, and strategic initiatives. His tenure was marked by landmark achievements, including leading the $1.8 billion acquisition of software products from IBM, raising $500 million in global debt markets, strengthening cash flow performance, and shaping capital allocation strategies.
Earlier at HCLTech, he held key leadership roles such as Executive Vice President – CFO & COO for Products & Platforms and Executive Vice President – Finance, where he played a critical role in building new business lines, leading global acquisitions, driving strategic planning, and improving productivity and margins through large-scale transformation initiatives.
Before his long tenure at HCLTech, Prateek Aggarwal served as Chief Financial Officer at Hexaware Technologies, where he managed finance, legal, investor relations, and compliance functions for a publicly listed organization. He also held leadership roles at Genpact, driving financial planning, pricing, and global commercial operations.
He began his career with Unilever / Hindustan Unilever Limited, where he spent over a decade in finance leadership roles, including as Commercial Manager for key business units, contributing to strategic growth, operational efficiency, and large-scale business transformation initiatives.
Prateek Aggarwal holds an MBA in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta.
