Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, September 2025 — Flavio Moraes Junior has been appointed as Managing Director and Chief Country Executive for Ingram Micro India. With more than 25 years of experience in technology and telecommunications, Flavio has been an integral part of Ingram Micro for the past eight years, most recently leading the Brazil business to become the most profitable in the region. His leadership has been marked by achievements in cloud adoption, cybersecurity growth, cultural transformation, and governance excellence.
Before taking on this new role, Flavio successfully steered Ingram Micro Brazil as Chief Executive, where he launched a new Cloud and Digital Solutions business unit that grew rapidly to account for a significant portion of company revenue. Under his leadership, the operation achieved market leadership in cybersecurity, acquired a services company, earned Great Place to Work certification, and received multiple external awards for performance and governance.
Prior to Ingram Micro, Flavio held leadership positions at Claro Brasil and Embratel, where he spearheaded the development of cloud, IT, and digital solutions businesses, signing Brazil’s first federal IaaS deal in the public sector and positioning Embratel as a managed services provider for key government entities and large enterprises. His early career at Thomson Reuters provided a strong foundation in IT infrastructure and data center operations.
At Ingram Micro India, Flavio will focus on accelerating growth across cloud, digital, and cybersecurity domains, while strengthening support for technology providers and channel partners in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.
