Milton Keynes, England, United Kingdom, September 2025 – Vicki Constantinedes has been appointed as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Securitas UK. In this role, she will lead the national recruitment function, drive innovation and inclusivity in hiring practices, and align the company’s talent strategy with its business objectives. Her responsibilities will also include optimizing recruitment operations through technology and data-driven insights, strengthening the employer brand, and championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI).
Constantinedes has been with Securitas UK for over a year, most recently serving as Recruitment Manager, where she successfully streamlined recruitment processes to enhance both candidate and hiring manager experiences. Her leadership has been pivotal in implementing the new ATS – Smart Recruiters – in alignment with Securitas’ European strategy.
Prior to joining Securitas, she spent more than seven years at Domino’s Pizza UK & Ireland Ltd as Recruitment Specialist for Head Office and Supply Chain functions. There, she developed and implemented the IT recruitment strategy, collaborated with senior stakeholders including board-level executives, and built processes that enhanced the company’s reputation in the market.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Network Rail as a Resourcing Business Partner for IT and Business Services, where she designed resourcing strategies aligned to business objectives and played a vital role in improving recruitment delivery through innovation and direct sourcing models. She also gained experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Thomas Cook, handling transformation projects in e-commerce.
Constantinedes began her career in recruitment with RS Components, Alfred McAlpine, Northamptonshire Police, and early consulting roles at PSD Hospitality and Leisure and Renard Resources Ltd. Across these roles, she honed her expertise in recruitment operations, stakeholder engagement, and talent pipeline management.
