Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, January 2025 – Ajay Tiwari has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Lupin Manufacturing Solutions Ltd, a subsidiary of Lupin Limited. Based in Mumbai, Ajay will lead the organization’s HR strategy, fostering a culture of innovation and operational excellence across the company’s manufacturing network.
Ajay transitions into this role after serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Lupin Ltd for over five years. During his tenure, he contributed significantly to aligning HR practices with the company’s strategic goals, driving talent acquisition, and enhancing employee engagement initiatives.

Prior to joining Lupin, Ajay held key HR leadership roles at prestigious organizations, including Tata Steel, where he headed HR for group corporate functions across India, Southeast Asia, and Europe. At Unilever, he served as HR Business Partner, Global SC, and Senior Category HR Manager, Personal Care, contributing to talent strategy and organizational development. Ajay has also held HR leadership roles at Tata Motors, Philips India, and Taj Hotels, showcasing over two decades of expertise in strategic human resource management across industries.
