Oslo, Norway, January 2025 – Linn Dehli has joined Telenor Cyberdefence as Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing a wealth of experience in HR leadership and talent development. In her new role, Linn will lead the HR strategy for Telenor Cyberdefence, focusing on fostering a high-performing culture, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting the organization’s mission to deliver cutting-edge cybersecurity services across the Nordic markets.
Linn Dehli joins Telenor Cyberdefence following an impactful tenure at Devoteam Norge, where she served as Head of Talent and Learning for nearly three years. In this role, she led talent management, graduate programs, and organizational culture initiatives. Previously, she held the position of HR Manager at Devoteam Norge, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, employer branding, and employee development.

Before her time at Devoteam, Linn spent over five years at Sopra Steria, where she held various HR roles, including Senior HR Advisor and HR Advisor for Learning and Development. During this period, she spearheaded onboarding programs, e-learning initiatives, and leadership evaluation processes, contributing significantly to the organization’s learning culture.
Earlier in her career, Linn gained hands-on leadership experience as Shop Manager for Kiman Woman and Monsoon Accessorize Norge, managing HR functions, recruitment, and training. Her diverse background equips her with a unique perspective on organizational dynamics and talent strategies.
