Before joining SUEZ, Babli K. served as Deputy Manager Talent Acquisition at Technip Energies and earlier worked as Resourcing & HR Business Partner at Metso Outotec. These roles added further depth to her experience in talent acquisition and HR leadership across dynamic business environments.
Earlier, she was associated with Jindal Stainless and Jindal Stainless Steelway Limited as Associate Manager HR (Talent Acquisition). Prior to that, she worked with African Industries as HR Recruiter and also completed a management traineeship at JUSCO Limited – A TATA Enterprise. Together, these assignments helped shape a steady and well-rounded career in the HR and talent acquisition space.
