Bobbi McPherson brings decades of HR leadership and strategic expertise to Mendocino Farms. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at IMA Financial Group, Inc., where she spent nearly four years driving innovative talent and cultural strategies within the organization.

Prior to that, Bobbi held the role of Chief People Officer at the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, where she played a critical role in enhancing organizational culture and talent strategies. She also served as Chief People Officer at Two Roads Hospitality, leading people operations across a globally recognized lifestyle hospitality company.
Bobbi’s extensive experience includes leadership roles at Mountain Capital Partners, Intrawest, and Meritas Family of Schools, where she excelled in organizational design, HR system integration, and cultural transformation. Earlier in her career, she held senior HR roles at EDMC, Glimcher Realty Trust, Bath & Body Works, JPMorgan Chase, Taco Bell, and Chevron, showcasing her robust expertise across diverse industries.
