Rania Ossama Appointed as Head of People at Xenon Seven

Cairo, Egypt, October 2025 — Rania Ossama has taken on the role of Head of People at Xenon Seven, where she will lead the company’s people strategy and organizational development. With a strong background in talent acquisition, human resources, and leadership development, she brings a wealth of experience in shaping people-first cultures within global and fast-growth organizations.

Before joining Xenon Seven, Rania served as Engineering Recruiting Lead at Squadio, where she managed accounts across the Gulf region, fulfilling technical hiring needs for software development and digital marketing roles. She successfully led diverse teams of recruiters, drove data-informed talent acquisition strategies, and championed employer branding initiatives that elevated client success.

Earlier, she worked at RUSHBRUSH, INC., where she managed end-to-end HR functions including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and total rewards. She also held key roles as OD and Talent Acquisition Supervisor, focusing on aligning HR strategies with business goals, developing learning frameworks, and overseeing performance management systems.

Her career also includes impactful stints at Sutherland, where she led large-scale recruitment programs across the MENA region and influenced talent decisions with deep market insights. Additionally, she gained professional experience in HR and administrative roles with the South African Consulate General, Nile Projects & Trading Co., and early assignments in customer service and training that shaped her people-centric approach.

With this diverse background spanning talent management, HR strategy, and organizational culture, Rania is set to strengthen Xenon Seven’s people function and support its vision of ethical, innovative, and scalable AI solutions.
