Most recently, Jeremiah served as Head of Talent Acquisition at SmartRent for four years, where he built and led recruitment frameworks for a smart home automation business that integrates proprietary software with hardware to deliver advanced property management solutions. His leadership contributed to scaling SmartRent’s workforce in alignment with rapid technological and commercial expansion.
Prior to that, Jeremiah was Principal Technical Recruiter at Elastic, where he managed full life-cycle recruiting across more than 30 countries. In this role, he developed innovative global hiring strategies, advised business leaders, and earned a 93% positive candidate experience rating, showcasing his ability to balance high-volume recruitment with exceptional candidate engagement.
Earlier, Jeremiah spent over three years with GoDaddy as Senior Manager and Lead Technical & Corporate Recruiter, managing teams of recruiters across international markets including Mexico, Brazil, China, India, and Australia. His expertise in strategic hiring, training, and process optimization played a pivotal role in enhancing GoDaddy’s recruitment effectiveness.
His career also includes impactful recruitment leadership roles at Choice Hotels International, Google (via Adecco), BestIT, and Professional Employment Solutions, Inc., where he strengthened technical hiring capabilities and developed recruitment processes at scale. Jeremiah’s professional journey began in academic and enrollment counseling with the University of Phoenix, followed by a role at Hawkins Companies Commercial Developers, where he gained experience in client engagement and business development.
