Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, January 2025 – Unilever has announced the elevation of Deepalok Roy Chowdhury to the position of Global Product Director – Order to Cash. In his new role, Chowdhury will lead initiatives focused on order management and cash flow optimization across global markets, with a core emphasis on process improvement, technology integration, and data management. His expertise will play a vital role in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction in order fulfillment and cash collection.
Prior to this elevation, Deepalok Roy Chowdhury served as Global Director – Order to Cash Landscape at Unilever for nearly 3 years, where he managed customer experience strategies and drove technology advancements using S4 HANA, Pega, and High Radius for enhanced cash collection and process optimization.
Previously, he held the role of Customer Operations Head – Africa, overseeing operations across 14 countries. His responsibilities included order execution, cash collection, customer claims processing, and audit support, alongside successfully implementing integrated operations projects.
In an earlier position as Global Lead Process Excellence Manager – Order to Deliver, Chowdhury played a pivotal role in developing the robotization strategy for Order to Cash, which contributed to Unilever securing the No.1 position in the 2018 Gartner Supply Chain rankings.
Before joining Unilever, Chowdhury spent over 11 years at Bristlecone, where he progressed through roles such as Supply Chain Practice Lead, Principal Consultant, and Senior SAP Consultant, specializing in supply chain technology and SAP implementation across global markets.
