Singapore, January 2025 – Rajat Kumar Jain has been appointed as the Country Manager for Nestlé Singapore, where he will lead the company’s strategic growth and market operations across the region. His appointment marks a significant leadership move, following his successful tenure with Nestlé India.
Rajat Kumar Jain previously served as the Director – Foods at Nestlé India for approximately three years, where he played a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth strategies in the foods segment. During this time, he also led the MAGGI brand in South Asia, covering India, Nepal, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, while contributing significantly to product innovation and regional market expansion.
Earlier in his career, Rajat held leadership roles at Nestlé India, including serving as the Category Head, MAGGI Noodles, where he was responsible for managing a ₹2000 crore P&L and driving digital transformation for the brand. Prior to this, he served as the Category Manager, Confectionery, overseeing brands such as MUNCH, MILKYBAR, POLO, and Eclairs, with a focus on strategic planning and market expansion.
His earlier roles at Nestlé India also included Regional Sales Manager, where he managed the entire Nestlé portfolio across sales channels in Delhi NCR and Haryana, and as a Marketing Manager for MAGGI. Throughout his two-decade career with Nestlé, Rajat has demonstrated strategic leadership across brand management, sales, and product innovation.
