Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, July 2026 — Axis Bank has promoted Pavan Sudheer to the position of Senior Vice President 1 & Regional Head – South, where he will spearhead Corporate Real Estate, Projects, and Facilities Management across the southern region of India. In his expanded leadership role, he will oversee strategic initiatives related to real estate planning, infrastructure development, project execution, and facilities management to support the bank’s continued growth and operational excellence.
With more than two decades of experience spanning corporate real estate, facilities management, administration, safety, and project management, Pavan has built a distinguished career in creating scalable infrastructure frameworks and driving operational efficiency. His expertise in managing large-scale real estate portfolios and delivering integrated workplace solutions has positioned him as a seasoned leader in corporate infrastructure management.
Pavan has been associated with Axis Bank for over 17 years, progressing through multiple leadership positions and making significant contributions to the bank’s real estate and facilities ecosystem. Since joining the organization in 2009 as Manager – Facilities and Administration, he has steadily advanced through roles including Senior Manager – Facility Management, Safety & Security, AVP – Corporate Real Estate, Projects & Facility Management, and Vice President & Zonal Head – Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES).
Throughout his tenure at Axis Bank, Pavan has led critical initiatives across leasing, project management, facilities operations, administration, and workplace infrastructure. His leadership has played an instrumental role in strengthening operational capabilities, optimizing infrastructure planning, and supporting the bank’s expanding footprint through efficient and sustainable real estate strategies.
Prior to joining Axis Bank, Pavan held leadership positions with HSBC Bank, Radio Midday West India Ltd., and Sony Music Entertainment, where he gained valuable experience across administration, logistics, facilities management, and corporate operations. These experiences helped shape his broad perspective on infrastructure management and operational leadership.
