Gurugram, Haryana, India, October 2025 — Richa Kale (GRP) has taken on the role of HR Director, Global Functions at Egon Zehnder. In this capacity, she will serve as a strategic HR leader for global functions and as an HR business partner for technology teams worldwide. Partnering closely with the Global COO/CDTO and Global CHRO, Richa will focus on advancing strategic talent acquisition, capability building, performance management, total rewards, leadership development, and succession planning. She will also lead people analytics, reporting, and tracking of global talent market trends to deliver actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
Richa has been with Egon Zehnder for nearly seven years. Prior to her new role, she was Director HR, Global Digital IT & Knowledge Center India, where she led the firm’s People and Culture agenda. Her responsibilities included talent acquisition, performance management, organizational effectiveness, learning and development, compliance, employee engagement, and HR operations. She also served as a strategic HR partner for global digital and technology talent, shaping workforce strategy, succession planning, and total rewards management across geographies.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Richa worked at Encore Capital Group, where she held multiple leadership roles. As HR Business Partner, India Operations, she supported over 1,500 employees across the U.S. operations vertical. Earlier, as Assistant Vice President, Human Resources, she spearheaded HR process management, talent engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives. She also led the compensation and benefits function as Assistant Vice President, Compensation and Benefits, driving rewards strategy, benchmarking studies, and global HR analytics.
Earlier in her career, Richa held HR leadership roles with John Deere India, Zensar Technologies, IBM Daksh, and Medusind, where she gained extensive experience across compensation, employee relations, engagement, retention, and HR strategy execution. This broad background equips her to bring a holistic approach to global people management and organizational growth in her new role at Egon Zehnder.
